2010 ASA Code and Rule Changes Now Available

The 2010 ASA Code and Rule Changes are now available.  Of particular interest are that 16U and 18U can now wear metal cleats in ASA competition, 16U will pitch from 43′, and no college players are allowed to play in 18U Gold qualifying play.
